Yoga Therapy for End-of-Life Care Finding Peace, Comfort, and Support in Life’s Final Chapter As an experienced Yoga Therapist and Certified End-of-Life Doula, I offer compassionate, holistic support for individuals and families navigating the end-of-life journey. Through the gentle integration of yoga therapy, breathwork, meditation, and mindful presence, I help bring comfort, ease, and a sense of peace during this profound transition.

How Yoga Therapy Supports End-of-Life Care Yoga therapy is not about physical movement alone—it is about creating space for healing, acceptance, and emotional well-being in life’s final stages. My approach includes:

Sometimes there may be a need to write a letter, take some photographs or simply leave behind words of love and gratitude. My role is to support people in doing what brings them peace and a sense of completion as they prepare to transition.
