While InnerSense specialises in yoga therapy for anxiety and stress, depression, back problems, chronic illnesses, and chronic pain, we see clients with a range of conditions, needs and goals. Beyond addressing symptoms, we emphasise prevention and overall wellbeing. Our approach empowers individuals to take an active role in their health and wellness. InnerSense also provides yoga therapy in small group clinics for people coming together with a common purpose. Small group clinics incorporate the benefits of group transformation and sharing in a safe space, to exponentially increase positive impacts. Our yoga therapy clinics typically focus on yoga for stress or relaxation, and are offed to families in their home or small groups organised of office workers in their place of employment.
We also provide group sessions for specialist sporting communities, such as cyclists, swimmers and runners, to promote flexibility, strength and resilience.
Holistic lifestyle coaching provides an integrative approach to health and wellness. InnerSense provides lifestyle coaching as part or yoga therapy sessions or as a standalone offering. We look at your lifestyle and identify what you can do to optimise your physical and mental/emotional wellbeing. Holistic lifestyle coaching empowers you to make a positive change in your lifestyle, nutritional and mental habits. It supports you to identify a clear direction, create a positive attitude, and achieve your goals.
